The Sky Pond of Changbai Mountain is a crater lake that naturally borders China and North Korea and is a popular tourist attraction. Getting there required our bus to first take us to the main park gate, then an eco-bus to take us to the next check point, and finally a 6 passenger SUV to take us to the top on an adventurous ride with some of the worst driving I have ever experienced! It was worth the view and I can't even imagine how beautiful this place is on a sunny day.
