Tomorrow morning we will drive about 3 hours to Shanghai and say goodbye to the first members of our group. Wanli, our Chinese escort, will be returning to his family near Beijing, and 4 other members of the group will return to the States while the rest of us will fly to Hong Kong for the last leg of our journey. Wanli, thank you for your kindness and for all that you have taught us, and Sarah, Kate, Anna, and Marianne, we will miss you!
